Purchase Agreement
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ORDERS:
Vilmorin Australia and/or its agents accept no responsibility for
clearance of the goods to the country which they are imported. Our
terms are Postage Paid to the nominated country. To all potential
importers please check whether a Phyto sanitary certificate is
required. If so there will be an additional charge of A$25 per
shipment for the issue of an Australian Phyto Sanitary certificate.
By placing your order, you have
completely read, agree, and understand the terms of our ordering
guidelines and warranty notice. Agreeing to these terms voids any
right to a chargeback.

PRIVACY NOTICE - YOUR PRIVACY IS
IMPORTANT TO US! All personal information obtained is held in
strict confidence. Your profile, credit info, email address, or
anything for that matter, will not be sold or released for any
reason to anyone. We will NEVER send you email solicitations, or
share your email address with anyone, and the only reason why we
would want your email address is so we can send you a tracking
number and ETA of an order you placed with us.
HOW TO ORDER
Please give us a Name, Address, (and a Shipping Address if
different), Phone Number and Email Address. Let us know which items
you want - and how many of each.
Once your order is received we will get
back to you to confirm availability, advise you on shipping costs,
finalize your total order value and arrange payment .
You may continue
to use
Paypal if you
desire. [Setting up an
account with Paypal is very easy if you
prefer this method. In this case, payment should be made to
rob@vilmorin.com.au].
Now we are able to take your
payment directly by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). We prefer
calling to get your credit card number for security reasons. Please
do not send your credit card information in an email. Alternatively you
can pay by check
or money order.
Orders will be processed after
payment is received.
We will email you
with your shipping date before we dispatch your
order.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Orders may NOT be cancelled and refunded once payment has been
sent. This online shopping facility uses real time third-party
processing, so the payment is made and transferred immediately after
the customer has submitted payment, therefore payment cannot be
cancelled or easily refunded.
The customer is required to verify his order carefully before
submitting payment. Refunds cannot be given due to customer error,
such as incorrect order details or duplicate orders.
